Cheers to another year at Irvine.  Well, more like "yay, I'm back here again," but also "damn, switching classes and buying books are going to be a pain."  I think I've consistently bought books every 2 days?  Mind you, I only bought 3 books, but hunting down for college accepted and student liked prices should have been dealt with a lot earlier.  ( Read more... )

Isolated.  Frustrated.  Feeling really sad.  Also kinda lazy.  And definitely already missing people like crazy right now, too.   I'm so anxious to get back to school so I can get settled and not worry about things.  I hate packing, unpacking is alright, but packing...SUCKS.   

Yay, I cooked dinner today.  I felt rather accomplished today, my to do list is pretty much done.  

It's sad when most of us are trying to work towards the assumed expectations of our parents just to please them.  It's even more depressing when they set higher expectations than the ones you were already "set" for yourself and tell it straight to your face.

Goodbye social life for this coming school year.

Kind of a sad day today, but that's not too important to share.  Aside from being kinda bummed out, I feel somewhat accomplished today.  My fears of not being able to cook a proper meal for this year has diminished.  I can cook, but sometimes I need reassurance.  My mom coached me through some vegetarian dishes and everything turned out fine so ( Read more... )

I had a dream I was living with my hallmates from last year, 'cept this time we ended up in a frat house or something.  I don't remember what happened, but I remember coming back really late and some people were fussing over me.  Weird.  I think I got sick from someone in the hall and I was totally out of it or something.  I miss  seeing people ( Read more... )
