i'm finally in new york! my parents are with me, and we're getting ready for my album to be released on the 20th. i have lots of promo to do here this week - on the 16th i'm gonna be on letterman!! gah, i'm so nervous for that. z100 is also hosting my new york cd release party, with 500+ fans! wow, it should be interesting...and alot of fun! gimme ( Read more... )

With the current influx of new characters joining AC, it is time to reintroduce the rules and guidlines to Role Playing at AC to everyone. Please make sure you go back to this post:

While every single rule is important here at AC, there are some rules that we need to focus on due to some more general issues that have come up.

Regarding [1.] Relationships, Maturity & Drama
Basically meaning that your characters probably won't already have a girlfriend/boyfriend after a few hours of talking to them. They probably also won't get engaged or married in less than few months time of knowing each other. Yes, it has happened, but it doesn't happen that often. For every 55-hour Britney Spears marriages, there are a dozen Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt courtships.

[2.] Multiple Characters: Each writer is allowed two characters from two different fandoms ( ... )
