I was so, so wrong. The VMAs were stupid and horrible this year. The only semi-cool things were 1) the Bush sisters and the Kerry sisters telling everyone to vote, 2) The Olsen twins making a public appearance, 3) Jessica Simpson's performance of "Angels", 4) Alicia Keys and Stevie Wonder and 5) THE NEW GAP COMMERCIAL WITH SARAH JESSICA PARKER!

I really, really loathe and deplore shellfish. When I was younger I used to love it, so it's not like I haven't acquired my tastes for it yet--it's just the shell part I don't like. For some reason, all shellfish taste a certain way that can only be contributed to the fact that they come from shells, and it's this taste that I can't quite describe ( Read more... )

I spent the entirety of today with Ben, which was exhausting. We woke up to some plumbers plumbing. Then we had to get up and get dressed so his manager could fix a lightbulb or something stupidass like that. Bah! Jessi! I know you don't read this but... we were supposed to go to Deja Vu! Instead I went to the Mariners v. D-Rays game, which we lost. Why are the M's so effin' bad this year?

Yesterday we had a family trip to Bellingham. Everyone in one car. ALL nine of us. (Morgan was working.) The two hour ride sucked ass. And it rained once we got there.
