OMG, a recipe for rainbow cupcakes. ILU. I was wondering what to make for dessert tomorrow (we're having a friend who's out here from CA over).

How can rainbow cupcakes be unappreciated? o.O They're rainbows! And cupcakes! \o/

LOL. I'm glad I could help out. They are totally cute.

Well, they wouldn't appreciate the effort that would go into dividing the batter, dying it all individually, and then baking them. And I want people to fawn over my baked goods.

The Doctor Who Cupcake - A vanilla, maybe with some banana, cupcake with bright blue frosting and edible ball bearings.

I would totally make them if I had the resources and thought they'd be appreciated by the people I live with. If I had a job, I'd have an excuse to experiment and win over my co-workers with treats.

I really just want a cupcake right now with real buttercream frosting that tastes buttery. I tried to make real frosting. I followed Wilton's recipe except I used one less cup of sugar. It was creamy and it tasted better the next day but it was still too sweet and not rich enough. My nephew did appreciate the grass green color though.
