Ok, so I am coming up to a point where I either continue as I am or get back into my cooking career...so I am asking for opinions, I will obviously still make my own decision but its good to see what others think as well....Thanks y'all!

since I couldn't vote for multiple areas.. I say either CONSIDER going back to being a chef (at only an establishment where you would enjoy cooking the food as well as enough the atmosphere) or be a personal chef and fly (I couldn't choose that one also)
