Finally, my first Arashi fic!! This idea hit me yesterday before going to sleep. I decided to write it today after a round of HnA watching. Inspired by HNA SP episode, the news about Sho being fat on Zero, and my own dieting misery.
“Tadaima!”
“Okaeri, Sho-kun,” said Ohno from the kitchen counter.
“Mmmm…. smells good. Satoshi-kun, what are you eating?”
“Kare nabe. Matsujun bought it and took it home.”
“Ah, I see. By the way, where are the others?”
“Matsujun went to play futsal with Toma, Aiba-chan has shooting for Last Hope, and Nino has been cooped up in his room all day, playing games,” said Ohno while continuing to happily slurping up his curry nabe.
Seeing Ohno who ate his nabe so deliciously, Sho had to fight off his drool from pouring out. A loud grumble from his stomach made Ohno look up from his bowl.
“Sho-kun, sit down and eat. There’s still some left,” he said, pointing to the nabe pot.
“Iyaaaa, you know I’m on diet now, Satoshi. I don’t have much time left before drama filming begins,” said Sho, trying to remind Ohno and himself (mostly) why he shouldn’t eat.
“But, if it’s only a spoonful should be okay right? Give it a try, it’s very delicious, I know you’ll like it,” reassured Ohno.
“Ahhhh…. I don’t think I can stop after a spoonful, though. Yes, better just forget it. Sorry Satoshi, can you hurry finish it up?” Sho then sat down on the long sofa in the living room and turned on the TV. He needed something to take the picture of the heavenly kare nabe out of his mind. After flipping the channels for a while, he decided to watch the night news, concentrating heavily on Japan’s current economy condition.
Meanwhile, Ohno had finished dinner and washing the dishes. He observed Sho who was twitching his eyebrows watching the news. Ohno had heard the mayhem and fans blown out opinions about how Sho looked fat in the last Zero episode. Though Sho didn’t look like it bothered him at all, Ohno was wondering whether he was slightly influenced by the stupid comments.
Then Ohno suddenly jumped on to the sofa where Sho was sitting. He pressed his body to Sho’s side, putting all his body weight on him.
“Bikkurishita! What is it, Satoshi-kun?” asked Sho, laughing at the other’s antics.
Ohno took the remote and turned off the TV. He looked at Sho closely. “You know what to do to forget your hunger? Let’s sleep,” he said.
“Sleep?”
“Let’s sleep together,” said Ohno again with his usual blank expression.
Sho was speechless for a while. Then he took a sip of tea from the glass on the table in front of him.
“We might sleep at the same time. But if it’s together, then we won’t be sleeping,” answered Sho, trying to look at anything but Ohno.
“Then, I’ll go first,” said Ohno. He quickly stood up and climbed up the stairs.
“What a suspicious guy. What are you doing?” he asked Ohno, who was standing in front of the red door with a wide smile.
Ohno was gesturing at Sho to hurry and get inside.
“It’s okay. What I have in mind burns more calories than sleeping anyway,” he said grinning and dragging Sho inside the room with him.
