But I usually give a heads up at the beginning of my posts so unaware readers aren't traumatized, or I put it under an LJ cut so people don't have to see it unless they want to. If that's okay with you, then by all means, 宜しくお願いします♪
Maybe it was because of the Heart no Kuni series? I personally like Julius LOL. Though my ultimate favorite is Konishi Katsuyuki's Blood Dupre...man.

Don't worry, I usually start those posts with something like "変態女 Post ahead!" or the CD cover image will be a dead give away. But my posts aren't vulgar, I just like to review the stories that have reeled me in.
Funny you mention Ameba. I have it too, but rarely use it. All my incoherent Japanese ramblings (believe me, some of them ARE incoherent LOL) are all in mixi.
