it's just in the mornin i have a protein shake thing (100 caloriese 1 net carb) then have either a little fruit or low fat yogurt. then for lunch have a sensible meal with fruits and stuff (less than 300 carloies).. then a snack bar..then another sensible meal (400 calories) .. then popcorn .. this way i consume only 1,600 calories a day. you need to consume at least 1,500. and 500 calroies = 1 lb. so this way i'm eatin what my body's burning. this way i lose 1 to 2 lbs a week. it's modeled after the slim fast diet but without slimfast stuff.
