You're doing natural resistance excercises, not lifting weights... so unless you do like extreme push-ups, you're only going to tighten up your form instead of building raw, bulky muscle.
I would try to gradually increase your reps if you can't really feel the effects of the work you're doing, that might mean you're going too easy. I'd go up a few gradually with each workout until you find a comfortable plateau to reach, and eventually climb over. Go to 35 or 40 reps before jumping to 50, and see how that works.
Make sure you're stretching good too! Looking back it appears that you are :)
Thanks for the advice. I'm actually up to 50 with a lot of what I'm working on. (I'm being naughty right now and eating fast food) And I really still don't feel it. So I'm thinking of pushing to 35 except for my push-ups because my arms really hurt when I do too many of those.
