sounds like a good plan. it shows you've really thought about it. it's always hard leaving really good friends and moving to a new place.

But school is very important, and it sounds like a good option for you. Also, improving your relationship with your parents never hurts either.

Let me know how it goes....I'm looking to buy a place this spring, but I'm sure you'll have an apartment by then...but if you are looking to rent, I may have something. :)
