It's April in Nacogdoches, TX, and snow is falling from the sky in buckets. HUGE snowflakes are falling hard. It's one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. Wow. Life is amazing.

It isn't even 9am, and my apartment is already at least "kinda" clean, and it's cool and brisk outside (so I can open my windows and air out my apartment). I got a beautiful dress yesterday for my scholarship recital and for extravaganza. It's going to be a good day.

I got a kitten! His name is mister henry and he's currently climbing all over my desk... he's 8 weeks old and loves attention.

AND today is the day. I'm terrified. But excited. Robin flies in in just a few hours, and I start putting on make-up and costumes at 4pm. It's going to be good.

YOu know, 20 minute Mozart opera ensembles are really, really exhausting. Just so you know.

I'm going to bed...

Hrm... no talking for the rest of the night.

You know, practising rectitatives for an hour and half just MIGHT be over-doing it...

Anyway, I'm continually frustrated, and all who read this will probably be annoyed before the end. Eh. That's ok. I'm pretty annoyed with being unable to talk, so perhaps we're even.

I have mentioned that The Marriage of Figaro is a really long opera? As a matter of fact, it's longer than any other opera I've been apart of. Both Die Fledermaus and La Pericole were operettas.
