So I get to go to work today. and Im on all week as one of our waiters is off to california for a week...lucky bastard. Ah well builds character. Hopefully we are so slow Eduard will send me home. I understand <3 relationships could be different technically I never saw the waitress side of edward, ya know? I was just his musician ^^

I was always so curious about what goes on behind the scenes at restaurants. I'm sure there's so much happening that diners don't see. I would love chat with you about restaurant-type things someday, it would be really interesting.

sure. Though I think it depends on what restraunt you are wanting. Im sure if it were a five star restraunt (which my boss seems to think it is) it might be slightly different. Or a bigger restraunt. But yeah there is quite a bit going on that diners have NO clue about at least in the restraunt I work in. :)

well for instance in my restraunt, the head chef BARELY cooks. Everyone gets all excited because they know Eduard but he isnt the one who cooks the food. There are 3 people back there (counting eduard) who actually do. With the restraunt I work at if you cant carry 3 plates a certain way you get yelled at. It looks neat to the customers but its HARD! There is always some kind of drama going on with the waitstaff, and theres an even bigger one going on in the kitchen. Though if you listen you can always hear Eduard yelling. Hes French, and French people are rather...erm...passionate?
