nothing of substance
It's been awhile, huh? 'Cos there was Remix, which was in the middle of state testing and then it was the end-of-the-year crunch, and mixed up in all that was the whole involuntary transfer of teachers thing and my principal retiring and everything that goes along with losing a good boss and getting a new (unknown variable) boss, and then (because I am dumb) I taught a three-week summer session of science that just ended yesterday.
So I was all /o\ and then _o_ (*thud*) and then :-/ and even downright :( for awhile, with brief forays into D: for a variety of reasons... and this morning I woke up for NO REASON AT ALL at 3:30am and could not go back to sleep, which made me !@#$%$##@! >:-/ so I decided to go in to work. And while I was working (mostly), FRTDNNEATJ, something made me all :D \o/ :D \o/. Which, you know, I could tell you but with my luck I would probably be struck by lightning and die a messy lingering death have to kill you, and I kind of like y'all, so you will just have to suffer an attack of squeeful cryptic!Stars.

Relatedly, OMG you guys I am soooooooooooooo rusty at the whole writing thing. To, like, the extent that I would rather go in to work than sit in front of my computer staring at a blank Word document. AIEEE. /o\
Oh, remember (probably not, it was ages ago) that long thinky-post I was pondering? Have decided to put it up for my birthday (so next Thursday, or maybe Friday if I'm away from my laptop. It seems appropriate, given the subject matter... Had to postpone some squee from this week, but it should be good to go by then. (No promises that it will be of interest to anyone not-me, though. IJS. Y'know, keeping the expectations low.)
