I weighed myself. Finally. I was so proud of myself because my diet was going so well. Exercise was consistent. I had my stumbles, but nothing ridiculous. I tracked my calories and maintained an average of 1800 calories per day (as opposed to the 2600 that I was carrying before ( Read more... )
