Just got back from the gym with Amanda. GREAT first workout back!! I'm realizing how great this journey has become already. Even with a week off from workouts, I am stronger than before. I've tried the leg extension a couple of times and it always makes my legs click and it really hurts. I hate hate hate it. Hopefully it'll get btter.
