Every second Saturday I work the morning shift. Every time lately the doctor has changed his mind and decides to start at 8am instead of 8:30am. Which means I have to start at 7:30am ( Read more... )

I'm doing okay. I haven't been as motivated to working on my thesis as I should have been, so I really need to kick my butt into gear. I've gotten three law school acceptances so at least I'm not worrying about that.

Yeah, it's not a great time. And I find I move slow at that time of day. It's easier for me to do the before-the-doctor-arrives-stuff at 8am than it is for me to do the same stuff at 7:30am. *sighs*

7:30 starts are just dreadful. I'm barely functioning at that time and am usually half awake on the train into the city.

Me, I spend my days at work, my nights with Bones, and I think this is the longest I've gone without reading fanfiction!

I'm always up by 7:30am; I usually get up at six on the weekends. It's just working at that time that is difficult for me. I feel slow and sluggish that early; the caffeine just won't have kicked it by then!

I'm like the exact opposite lately: I've read more fanfiction in the past few months than I read all autumn. Odd.

Oh my.. you have to wake up that early??? So not good!!! You should ask him what's going on!!!

Oh and I'm good, but kind of sad, am I awful 'cause I'm sad about the secret santa??

Well, I know why he wants to start early. It's so he can see more patients. People do show up at 8am for him. On a Saturday. He's popular.

I know your Secret Santa is working on it. She has had some trouble in writing something she likes for you.

As long as he's working the Saturdays when I work the morning shift I'm stuck with starting early. I'm purposefully put with him on these Saturdays, because his patients are a particular sort.
