Quebec MDs ask for pay to volunteer in Haiti

Apparently 20 Quebec orthopedists want medicare to pay their usual wage ($800 a dollar) while they volunteer in Haiti. Apparently they think that's just a-okay.

I know. The whole concept of volunteering is that you do it without getting paid. It's not to benefit yourself.
