So this is a pretty standard post meet update. Regionals went pretty well. Our 4x8 just didn't get out right so elliot told mihkey and i to take it easy and treat it as a warm up cuz we didnt have a shot at states anymore but thats alright cuz the rest of the meet was pretty good. 4x800 meter city champs, YIH! It was crazy, sean and i were both dying trying to stay up and make it to the finish line, and he finally fell right before the finish, so we won. However, i didn't win the open 8, so thats kinda sad. i got 3rd with a 2:03 so that's good i suppose. We lost the meet by 6 points to central too so that kinda sucks. ( Read more... )

Ran a 2:02.9 today, that gets me to county's yessssss. The 4x800 smoked everybody and we broke the school record by 12 seconds with 8:28. We also got third in the distance medley and i ran a 3:39 in that.
