Slowly but surely, I'm catching up!
The day didn't get off to a great start. First, Tracy got demoted (unfairly, she thought).
Then, she got into an argument with Lise over the wedding plans. That woman was just impossible to please.
But before she knew it, she was in the middle of her wedding to Bob, and all the crap from earlier went right out of her mind.
Bob was just as excited as she was. They'd put off the wedding in order to be able to have a full ceremony in front of their family and friends. Their work schedules conflicted most days, and they hadn't really had much time to talk with each other lately.
Tracy couldn't wait for the honeymoon - finally, she'd get some time with Bob to herself.
First, however, they had the party to get through. Bob always insisted that Ria was just a good friend from college, but sometimes Tracy wondered. Didn't they get along just a little too well?
At last, they were alone. This was by no means the first time for either of them - or the first time with each other - but there was something about being married that made it feel different.
Then again, Tracy thought later, hanging over the toilet, maybe it felt different for another reason.
It didn't take long for her suspicions to be confirmed. Oh well, work wasn't going so great anyway. This way they had to give her maternity pay.
Extras:
Our first gay townie! Glen, maybe you should consider this option since all the women hate you.
Glen's got the flu, and gave it to every household this round. Thanks, Glen!
Yeah, I'd be freaked out too if my arms did that.
