They work exactly like glasses, they're under the same tab :) just click on one to "equip" it :)

It's under the same tab as makeup in CAS (almost certain it's a picture of glasses?). Just click on the one you want and sim should be wearing them :) hopefully i'm making sense... it's only 8am here LOL
