 So its been a while since I've posted anything, but quess what?

I've been playing my game again!  Got my hood all decked out and am
working on populating it at the moment.

Which is bringing me to a question.  Apparently during my absence
Photobucket or LJ has changed how pictures are added to LJ from
Photobucket.....and I can't get it to work now :(

I haven't noticed any changes with all my pictures, as they're all hosted at Photobucket. I never noticed anything before I got my paid account either :|

Anyway, why don't you try getting the direct URL for the image and pasting it in the image box? It's what I've always done, and it works a treat for me :)

If you are still on the lookout for a free image host, you could try Imgur. I've found that they're really good and easy to use for my graphics community. The only downside, is that they delete images off their server if they haven't been viewed at all within three months.

I don't think I would want to switch to a host that will delete my pictures after so long, but I'll check them out.

I tried using the URL and that's working for me now. I used to be able to just left click the picture and copy, then just paste right into the post I was creating. But LJ doesn't let me do that anymore.

My guy swears by image shack, personally I find it a little confusing and awkward but you might like it better than PB!

I set up an account with them, but was having the same issue you did where I was getting kinda confused. I'll take another look at it and mess around a little and see where I get.

Have you noticed if image shack messes with the quality of your pictures any? That's one of the things that bugs me most about PB.
