More Sims 3 goodness
I've been playing this game far too much, but enjoying it immensely! I was skeptical at first, hearing all the negative things, however if one thinks of it as a game SEPARATE from Sims 2, and not one that's supposed to be a step UP from Sims 2, it's quite fun! I don't intend on removing Sims 2 from my gameplay anytime soon!
I posted a pic to one of the forums I'm on about my Evil Toddler, the blonde one, taking delightful pleasure in stealing the Toy Box from her twin sister, the redhead, well this is the redhead, Layna, getting to the toybox FIRST! HAHA
And here's Lelaah being REALLY unhappy that she can't play with the new toybox! haha. I found this amusing. :)
Later on they can be found playing happily together, as long as they both have a toy to play with!
The Rubber Ducky for the bathtub gives the Sims a bonus moodlet for having bathed with it. The adults get the moodlet and so do the kids. Kids however, will play with it while having a bath! It was very cute to watch.
Gage and Starsha have been together a very long time. She's on her third pregnancy, and he's starting to wonder if they'll be more than just boyfriend and girlfriend. He loves her, and the kids so very very much! He autonomously brings up wishes to romance her, massage when she's pregnant, listen to her tummy. It's very sweet and endearing.
So finally, after sim-YEARS of not doing this, I had him propose to her! She looks very excited about this!
She very quickly said yes, and admires the shiny ring! And look! It's on the correct finger! No more middle-finger engagement rings. LOL
Not sure why the ring isn't showing here. Sorry for the darkness of this image. I got Snagit installed again, and for some reason it's taking very DARK screenshots. I'll play with the settings to fix it. :)
FUNNY labour face! I loved it! Here she is getting ready for her THIRD childbirth. Should be a breeze after four kids! Please dear heavenly Sim-Gods, do not let it be twins again.
Gage is THRILLED. A single birth and it's a BOY! They name him Tommy!
Time for Lelaah and Layna's birthday! This was cute, the way Lelaah is blowing out the candle too.
Poor Gage and Tommy, a houseful of females. Pigtails on the right is Lelaah, Evil Twin, and the redhead on the left with the pancakes is Layna.
Helping with homework is also much nicer. The parent will sit down with the child and help with the homework, rather than hover over them as they work on it. More family-like here.
The elder twins had their birthday. Here they are after their makeovers as teens. I really think Tisha has a sweet and innocent look to her face. Tina strikes me more as the nerdy sort. Tisha is the bookworm, who got Loner as her teenage trait. Tina has Green Thumb as her teenage trait.
Tina befriends Bella autonomously downtown. Bella's kinda pretty as a teenager.
When it's time for Tommy's birthday, they have a party, and Gunther Goth shows up with Susan Wainright (Gage's boss). He's an ELDER. Not sure I like everyone aging up all around us.

At least he transitioned with clothes on, unlike most of the girls! Still, bald though.
Post-makeover, here's Tommy. Kinda cute with the shaggy haircut.
This came in the mail for Starsha. Never heard of it. Gonna have to look it up in the Prima guide. Nice looking certificate to hang on the wall though. :)
