More Sims 3 goodness

Starsha Simme, Gage and their family continue to grow, as Sims are prone to do. I'm discovering a lot to discover in this game. Things to collect, Opportunities that feel like mini-quests. The more I play it, the more I like it. :) However, my big complaint right now, is Weddings PHAIL. They failed to include a wedding arch, even the wedding rings ( Read more... )

Little toddler Tommy looks so cute in that hair. Glad to see a male toddler WITH hair for a change. :O)) Although, I'm not sure about his shirt. It makes it look like he's got sweat rings under his arms. :O| The Insane Face looks good on Leelah. It just seems to fit her well. *snicker* Toddlers and children really do have very round faces though. :O\ I haven't tried painting anything yet, but from what I'd seen in previews, I thought it was something I'd like ... since the painting style is dependent on their skill. So ... maybe as she gets better at painting, the portraits will get better. Congrats to the happy couple! :O) I do like his makeover. That hair looks good on him. Oops! Looks like the next generation is on its way. :O))

I have Lionel painting a lot since he wants to max painting and guitar, and his portraits seem slightly better than the one Tina did. So maybe skill-dependent is accurate. I'll keep watching his painting skill develop and see how the portraits improve as he improves. :)

Comment from a random stranger... I'm loving your story so far :) I've been reading a bit of Sims 3 stories since it was released and while waiting to get my copy but I must say yours is still my favourite ^^ Evil twin sitting on the bathtub = win.

Maxis 1: So, were there any other interactions you thought we should add to the bathtub?
Maixs 2: Uh yeah, it totally needs a sit action!

LOL! Thanks for commenting. (This is my primary LJ btw, simslegacy is solely for Sims stuff) Glad you're enjoying it. I have yet to put it into 'story' writing, but I'm having loads of fun exploring the new Sims game.

If interested, my Sims 2 blog can be found here: http://www.sarianastar.com/ts2/mylegacy.html ... I've been playing the same family since December 2004, through 25 generations. :)

OMG, yeah I tried the painting a still life thing and it was annoying as it doesn't pause the game and you can't pause the game when it's started and then it turns out awful. I think the Sim doing it only had 6 painting points, tho, so I'll have to see how a level 10 painter does.

I put a little blonde boy in glasses too, hee hee. It is really cute. Another fun update! I haven't done an Insane Sim yet; they seem like a hoot!
