Ha! That's like my aslyum challenge. They all died within about a sim week or two. Your run AWAY from the fire, not towards it.

I worked it out though in my next one. They've lasted a week so far. Bascially, the tub, toilet and sink all have their own rooms. There's a bed in the room with the tv that teaches cooking (less fires) so if all the beds are taken my sim can wake up the fool and take their bed. The phone is in it's own seperate room by the stove, which is by the door for access and completely alone so nothing else can catch on fire. We had two fires, no casualities and no damages. Second time's the charm, huh?

OMG. When I was playing the original sims I was playing with no cheats so everyone would sleep anywhere in awkward positions.. lol

Great story, your poverty challenge is awesome..

Plus Gavis is SOOO delish!!! =)
