I have absolutely no enthusiasm to continue using this journal for things other than surveys and memes. That said, I got tagged by britsi_jo for this music thing that's been going around
( Read more... )
I posted this in my journal a couple days ago, as I was tagged by Laesan as well, I didn't tag anyone else becaue I think my other friends have been tagged by someone else already. I realize most of these are top 40 types and I'm a bit embarrassed but some others I like I'm unsure of the spelling, as they are Japanese, arabic or something of the sort.
In no particular order:
1. Kelly Clarkson - Behind These Hazel Eyes 2. La Oreja de Van Gogh - La Carta 3. John Mayer - My Stupid Mouth 4. Britney Spears - Toxic 5. Number One Fan - Can't Forget 6. Mariah Carey - We Belong Together
Yes! I only just now found it after three days of searching. We have too many books in this house (if that is possible). Don't worry about reimbursing me for it, considering how long I've had the damn thing (over a year now?).
Also, I did enjoy Wind-Up Bird Chronicle, but I prefer Dance Dance Dance. Also, I may send you a Jose Saramago book that I think you should read...and I may not, depending on whether or not I decide I need to reread it.
I gasp at your having missed out on The Picture of Dorian Gray. But I'm just a huge Oscar Wilde junkie, furthering the theory that I'm just a flamboyant gay man trapped in a girl's body. But of course that's not true, or you would've begun to loathe me by now. ;)
Meanwhile, I hope you've read his other works, and if not, you should - particularly The Importance of Being Earnest, if only for the old school wit.

Well, just kidding.
That Kelly Clarkson, if her music didn't suck so much, her voice could take her on to have quite an amazing career. Bitch can sing!
