Left eye done. Congrats. My sister has to do it too but she is super scared.

Thanks for the congrats. It turns out my right eye is not a candidate for laser surgery, so the left eye is the only one I'm getting lasered. Hopefully eyedrops will be sufficient to keep my glaucoma under control.

Tell your sister there's really nothing to it. She'll hardly feel a thing. Just a series of flashing lights. Placing the lens against your eye to facilitate the treatment is probably more uncomfortable (at least for me) than anything else.
