this is true. but it is not cheap when they accuse me of not paying rent and give me $150 fines due to their lack of organizational skills.

ugh, the boys bought traps like that at the beginning of the year. they found a mouse stuck to one (imagine!) and they tried to sort of... shake it off, but it just ended up even more stuck - like, splayed across the bottom of the trap, totally imobilized. i will not tell you how the story ends, but i'm going to have to recommmend against sticky traps of any kind here....
