HE HAD NO CHOICE HE WORKS FOR THE HIALEAH POLICE DEPT. NOT A COP THOUGH BUT HIT ME IN A COP CAR! AND GET THIS WHILE HE WAS YAPPING ON HIS CELL PHONE!
