So court records is who put it online....

And according to my risk management it is public record. They say I can contact google and the city attorneys office to try and get my name taken off of it, but the chances of that happening are slim to none.

What about your safety? I get public record and all that, but you were a witness that puts you in potential danger.

I can see the criminals names being public record, but not yours!

I know!

Considering I got threats the last time all this came up, I kind of threw a fit.

Work said that if anything strange happens at all to report it and they would take steps to protect me. .. yeah after the fact.
