Mr. Elric, it seems that a young boy has been injured this morning. He was brought to the ER two hours ago and has since been put into stable care. He is awake but not very talkative. He...will not say what happened but we think he may have fallen...

Ah...Miss Yuuhi? I regret to inform you that one Emil Curtis seems to have been involved in an accident. You were one of the people listed in his wallet as a contact and as such we thought you should know. He's currently in stable condition at the Mishima Hospital. I can't say much over the phone, but he has regained consciousness.
Whenever you have time, I am sure he would like to see you. I Will also be alerting his other contacts and the Police Department.

This morning a young man was brought into the ER after taking a rather nasty fall. He has since regained consciousness and seems to be mending.
...I have my suspicions that he did not fall. The person who found him noticed a second story window with shattered glass nearby, which correlated with the boy's lacerations.
When he is less vulnerable perhaps he should be questioned. I have contacted his guardian and the others on his list, and can only hope for the best.
