I had my first monthly exam today and I am a little overwhelmed. We discussed going on a new diet plan, taking three different medications everyday for pain and muscle spasms, possibly getting a shot in my back (which has steriods in it), and getting me on prosiac. Good lord, be wary of taking so much medication. It's dangerous and not to mention expensive. The muscle relaxers for your back/hip area...are they just temporary?
