Having had a look at this, the PC I'm working on and Chris share certain parallels in the way they've been treated (as well as a lot of major differences, but there's enough similarity for an interesting sympathy). If Bene ran across Chris, there's no doubt she would have tried to intercede on his behalf and personally offered him some softness.
