I don't think Never Gonna Give You Up would be as funny like to think it would be. It's been overdone already. If I Had $1,000,000 would be GREAT, but I think that given the choice of Barenaked Ladies or Video Killed the Radio Star, the Buggles take the cake for perfect sing-along song. I really think the pacing of Still Alive is too slow for this. Maybe another Coulton song, but not Still Alive.

I agree with the pacing thing, actually (That's why I didn't throw in Re: Your Brains), but I think we can make it work if there's enough of us. If Still Alive loses, I'm not sure if I'm going to throw that hat into the ring again, just for fear that it will completely narf up the bell curve. I'm also surprised that Code Monkey didn't make it farther.

I should also mention that we're going to be singing along to the Coulton version, not the GLaDOS version. There's basically no difference other than vocals, but that way the original vocal doesn't really stand out over us all.

The JoCo forums are already organizing a distributed cover of Re Your Brains. On that basis alone, I'd have suggest picking a different song.

If this ends up like the first round of voting and Video always ends up exactly one vote behind Still Alive, I will LOL.
And I'll make another poll between the two of them and make you all vote again.

I really want to do this, but since I still haven't figured out hardware stuff yet, I might not be able to. I will get off my bum and do this. I will! Anyway, if it comes really close, feel free to discount my vote for that purpose.
