Science songs that make me go 'oooooh'....

“A still more glorious dawn awaits. Not a sunrise, but a galaxy rise. A morning filled with 400 billion suns.” - Carl Sagan

I just have to put these out there, because they give me a complete and utter nerdgasm.

The Symphony of Science (www.symphonyofscience.com) is a musical project headed by John Boswell, designed to deliver scientific knowledge and philosophy in musical form. The words and voice of astrophysicist Carl Sagan, as well as other science greats like Richard Feynman and Neil deGrasse Tyson, Jane Goodall, Bill Nye, David Attenborough and others, are remixed and set to mellow electronic beats. You can watch music videos, download songs, read lyrics and find links relating to the messages conveyed by the music, including the wild diversity of life on our planet, the intricacy and origin of its mechanisms and its close relation to all other life forms, or the understanding of our origins within the universe.

These make an old, bitter hack like me feel almost spiritual. They make me inexplicably happy to be human, and to be on Earth in this day and age.

They are also my unofficial soundtrack for Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2.
