I am starting to feel better. :sick:
My miles for last week aren't the best but, I am moving. YAY for getting in roughly a mile a day last week walking in short bursts. I'm trying the elliptical tonight at the Y and possibly trying for getting back on the bike.
Walking: 25.28 Miles
Biking: 26.0 Miles (a big fat goose egg for last week)
Total: 51.
