Today in the library, as I walked to the check-out with a Hamish MacBeth I hadn't read on the top of the stack, a lady says to me, "Oh, I love those books! The latest one, Death of a Kingfisher (I think) is really good! Doesn't he remind you of Castle ( Read more... )

Hahaha! That's AWESOME! I just had a nerdy moment in discovering a friend at seminary plays the same dorky card game I do. (Where is Maria when I want to make a munchkin reference?!)

I missed like the whole last season due to working full-time, going to grad school full-time, and volunteering possibly too much at church, plus maintaining a social life. Honestly, I wonder how I survived. I don't wonder how I didn't keep up with tv. hehe

It's amazing how many Browncoats there are when practically no one got to watch the series on television. I got to see one episode before the others were preempted by baseball or whatever. I remember telling my husband I actually saw a show with cowboys in space, but then we never found it again.
