Possibly McGill, in Quebec. I looked at their foreign languages program and fell in love. Hopefully, the college website isn't a load of bull, but I've got to look into it more. My dad and stepmom-who went to grad school and got her doctorate in Canada- recommended University of British Columbia, and I'm mildly interested in University of Alberta, if only because if it's good enough for her, it's good enough for me.
I'm not sure I want to get all of my undergrad abroad, if only because it seems most colleges want you to decide on a major before entering, and well, I want my indecisiveness.

For me so far the only definite I've got is Sussex University in England. International affairs course looks like so much fuuun. *_*
