My jaw is giving me excruciating pain every time I bite down, not matter how lightly. It feels like it's going to explode or something, and the ibuprofen didn't help.

Plus my throat is sore and I have an AP test on Wednesday and a physics test tomorrow.

See a dentist, preferably ASAP. Best case scenario might be that whatever's hurting your jaw won't keep you from testing.
