i hate kissing my boyfriend. that's weird, isn't it? it's just that he always sticks his tongue down my throat (seriously, i feel like i'm about to choke) and god, he slobbers all over my poor face. i always have to pull back and wipe the spit away, which is gross! the germaphobe in me wants to keep him at an arm's length away at all times.

Haha, that's not weird at all. Especially if he's panting on you like a dog. I know that whenever I get kissed I am going to have no idea what to do, so you're not alone.

But uh, have you told him that the way he kisses makes you uncomfortable? He might not even be aware he's got (w-what do you call this idek) bad kissing manners and think everything's cool. If you make him aware of it and stop feeling like you're being simultaneously choked and drowned things will probably be much better.

i want to, but then there's a part of me that wonders if I'M the bad kisser, you know? i don't know how i could be causing him to slobber on me, but maybe there's a way.

Unless you're lining your mouth with salt before you pucker up I doubt you're the cause. But it's a totally legitimate fear, that somehow this is your fault and talking about it will only end badly. But he's not going to stop if you never bring it up, right? And eventually you'll just get so sick of it you'll pull away from kissing entirely and it'll just go downhill from there. Bring it up now and he'll know, and maybe be able to mention something you're doing that makes him feel the same. O-or something, talking is good ok.

That's what they're for, so I'm glad you like them! And I've never heard any anon tell me something stupid. Although tbh I have no idea why I attract so many relationship!anons. xD
