GSU Orchestra, eh? *wiggles eyebrows*

It took a long-ass time for me to get my registration card, but let me tell you a secret. You don't need it. I had it in my wallet when I went to vote in the primaries, and they just wanted to see my driver's license. The card just tells you what precinct to vote in. (It'll probably be whatever school, elementary/middle/high, is closest to your house.) It also lets you know what congressional districts you're in, but you can find that out yourself on the tubal internets.

As for missing high school and stuff, I'm near two years removed from the big brick building and only miss it sometimes. Honestly, I like college better. But, of course, your mileage may vary.
