Oh, gods, do I need to do more karate.

I slouch if I stop training. Probably because it's the only thing I do that exercises my torso. It feels awful.

I think I sometimes forget how much benefit I get out of karate beyond the few hours a week I'm there. And I always forget how quickly it goes away when I take a break.

I am ridiculously jittery today. Sitting still at my desk is driving me nuts. I want to leave early and do something. But I don't know what, or who with, and there's the added requirement of being back at UMass for karate at 18:45.

But I really really want to go do something FUN.
