Did you hear the story on the news? Most people did.... yeah he was fired a while ago.... he got into an argument with a server (he lived with my friend (his ex fiance) and another girl who worked at bertuccis) at home and she brought it into work and he was fired for that. She is being moved out of the ICU though, which is good, and his bail is high, so hopefully he won't be able to post it.
