bummer dude.

I'm really bummed. And I need some feeback...

SO I really liked Elon University. Maybe not top choice...but I REALLY enjoyed it and liked it a whole lot.
For acceptance...they said they'd only accept like maybe 1 from the fall auditions. The rest would be waitlisted or rejected.

Well, being accepted for theatre is still pretty cool, and never fear, things always ultimately work out in the long run. Hang in there. :)

Truthfully, I think your theory sounds really possible. I mean, oobviously I don't have the inside scoop with the Elon kids, and I wasn't there when it all went down, but seriously I think it could have happened. I don't know, you could just call and explain what your theory is, in a nice way. Sort of like, "Hey, this is gonna sound strange but, I just wanted to run something by you guys. Is there any possible way you could have gotten the two of us confused. Actually, here's why I think it might have happened."
Don't be shy, my college counselor said that when it comes to college, don't think of it as boasting, just telling the truth, because sometimes they miss things that they need to know if you're not willing to tell them.

Oh, that wasn't supposed to be long and preachy, but, too bad. Get Get Get Get Get over it. (You have to sing that last part to make it sound cool.)

I would call them and ask them which parts in your music you need to improve on to get to the point where you could get accepted. If they say things that don't sound at all like what you did, then you could tell them that. If they mixed you up, they would tell you that you messed up on your song and you could tell them that you weren't the one who did that.

yeah i thought about that
but in the rejection letter it said "sorry, becuase there were so many auditioners we cannot give individual feedback" so I'd feel bad asking after I clearly read it.
