Ooo! Ooo! If you try the banana bread, and you don't like it, and you don't want it, give it to meeeeee! I LOVE, I mean LOVE me some banana bread. :-D

Try sprinkling some brown sugar on the top late in the baking. It adds a spiffy extra flavor to it.

Okay, sooo , I just ate one of the muffins... and they are actually reeeeally rather tasty. However, I'm not likely to eat all of them myself.

So come on over and pick yerself up a whole bunch of banana bread & muffins ;)

I'm gunna keep a couple muffins, but I will not stand in the way between a man & his desire for banana baked goodies ;D Seriously. I'll be here all evening. lol.
