first of all i'm not a singer and i'm not a musician...i just have a guitar and a voice and i always used them in my own room,last december i decided i wanted to try and contribute to a will-oldham cd tribute...cause i like him and for the first time i wanted to try and do somethin with "my music",so with a friend of mine i recorded 3 cover songs and decided to name myself "sadpony"..yesterday i searched the web if there were people in the music with that name...and i found out there was this song and download it...and this morning i read your journal and you're talkin about it,that's a weird little coincidence! i like the song even if i find it a little disturbin, i think what make this one an hauntin beautiful song is the fact that it could be a plain beautiful simple tune with a "always on the edge of breakin" voice and a little acustic janglin+some fucked up lyrics...then there are these little distractin noises...like effected guitars,noises,someone beatin somethin/one and dubbed voices,i think the 4 lines you picked up are very

Have you seen 28 days later? In some strange way the song reminds me of the movie. There are things that I don't really like or buy in that movie but the photography is excellent and it really has a particular feel to it. I like small parts of it a lot. For me these two are strangely connected. It's the same colors, the same urgency, the same world.

astronauta posted the lyrics in a comment to this entry. I couldn't find them myself.

sadpony is nice it reminds me of being small and watching the "my little pony" cartoon ahaha do you know that? I was a big fan!
