Question...

Of those of you ladies that actually receive child support, about how much did you get per week with a one year old, assuming you were meagerly employed, and your baby's daddy had a full time job at, say 7.50 an hour?

I just want to see if I should be entitled to more support, here. Because he bitches about 65 dollars a week.x-posted

Child support here in GA is calculated on the fathers (or noncustodial Parent's) wages BEFORE TAXES at 20-25%
My babydaddy pays (or is suposed to pay) 320 a month based on 8$ an hour - and i think you have to wait 5 years to reapply and reassess his income - but in my case of course - most of his income now is under the table - as he wons his own photography studio and makes WAY more than that - so I bring home the bacon and provide for my child - his cash is principle only - but I still have to litterally chase him down each month for it - it used to be direct from his work at about 75$ a week - but they fired him - wonder why eh? They will always bitch about however much they have to pay - nice huh...
