Thanks for the well wishes, everyone. They helped me a lot.

I am stuck at the Denver Airport. I missed my connecting to Columbus due to a wind sheer issue, and I'm waitlisted for a 10am flight tomorrow morning after standing in line for four hours.

Oh, and every single restaurant here is closed.

Pretty sure this is the worst weekend of my life.

Oh, super! Now is when you will want to stab every customer service person in the face. NO STARBUCKS I DON'T WANT WHIPPED CREAM, MY DAD JUST DIED, YOU EVIL WHORE. Remember - ibuprofen, eye drops, caffeine, try to choke down some decent food, Tums because your stomach will hurt, and water water water. Tylenol PM or something stronger to sleep when you get to Ohio.

I got McDonalds as soon as they opened at 6am, washed it down with some ice water, then just had another bottled water now.

The worst thing was spending the night at DEN. The floor waxing machines are as loud as leafblowers, and I couldn't find a comfy sleeping position. I might have slept on the floor for an hour, woke up with a sore arm.

I need about four people out of 70 to miss this flight. "DEATH EMERGENCY" is written on my record, so I'm pretty high in the wait list.

Yikes, overnighting in an airport is never fun. Hopefully someone will volunteer to be bumped, if everyone actually does show up for the flight.
