Parenting Plans - Sick Days

My daughter's father and I do pretty good managing our time. He works full time, I'm a student full time, and because of this I am responsible for all child-care. However, his job allows for time off for children. This week I have missed all of my classes because I can't take my daughter while she's sick. Will the court allow us to split sick days

Have you tried to ask him this personally? I would start there if you have not yet.

Talk to him first...but why are you responsible for all child-care again? Doesn't he have to split the cost with you?

Only if I'm working. For some reason, school doesn't count as doing anything. Legally or through his eyes.
