Are we surprised? I actually thought he might stay, more to gloat but offer some grudging help. Heat is on but temporary, I have to fill the boiler every 5 hours or so, and have to shut it off when I go to work. Hopefully the boiler will be here tomorrow, if not it will be by Thursday.

Pray the my insurance company will help with the cost of replacement. And I really didn't want to have to clean the basement this week!

Yep he really is a bastard. My plumber is coming back later today with a new boiler. I have temporary heat, so YAY!
