I feel your pain...I'm getting mentally raped by school as well. You sound like you're handling things a lot better than me, though...seriously, I'm a basket case. At least you have friends and family that support you. I can confidently say, from experience, that dropping out of school would likely make things worse...at least it did in my case. If you're ever desperate to talk to someone about this, I'm always available.

hey, this reminds me... that paper that we're working on for critical reading and writing... that's not due tomorrow, is it? like, she didn't say exactly when we have to turn it in, did she?

My understanding is that it won't be due until we get our first papers back (I am dreading that moment). Also, according to her, she "doesn't care" about that reader response supposedly due tomorrow.
